If you place an order on au.astroai.com, it can only be shipped to a location within Australia. If you need us to send products to other countries, please visit one of our corresponding websites to make a purchase.
Notice: We currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Gift Orders Without Prices Listed
All gift orders' shipping addresses will not have prices listed on the packing slip located inside the AstroAI package.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Australia. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following AU holidays:
