If you have any problem with an AstroAI product within 30 days of receipt, please contact us via case or support@astroai.com at contact us page. We guarantee unconditional after-sale service within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Cost for Returns and Exchanges
If the return/exchange is for personal reasons, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the return/exchange is due to product or logistical issues, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the seller.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
AstroAI warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and service. This warranty is effective starting from the date of purchase.
AstroAI will replace any products found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility. Warranty length varies depending on the specific product you purchased. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
This warranty is non-transferable. AstroAI is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users’ negligence and abuse, users’ non-compliance with the user manual and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual.
Note: Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process for Quality-Related Issues (please kindly provide us with information as below):
- Order number and details of the quality issue
- Visible proof of the defective item (photos or video) and its serial number
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection. AstroAl will provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to the product's faults and is responsible for the shipping costs; buyers should cover the shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons
We will typically offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Improper or inadequate maintenance
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage in return transit
